The container reach stacker adopts semi-automatic or automatic elastic zipper control structure design. Container reach stacker are not required in the whole operation process of the container reach stacker. It belongs to pure mechanical operating mechanism. The rotary lock of the container reach stacker is driven by an elastic zipper to drive the rack to move the lock head. Opening and closing make the operation of the front crane easy. Maintenance requirements of container reach stacker:
1. The spherical bearing surface of each rotating pin of rotary pin driver (1) must be clean and lubricated, and oil should be filled regularly. (2) The switch limit switch should be checked frequently, and loose fasteners are not allowed. Check it before every shift. (3) Before each shift, check the head of the transfer pin for damage and microcracks, and check whether the nut of the transfer pin is loose.
2. Ejector device (1) ejector spring should be regularly inspected, lubricated and rustproof. (2) Grease should be injected regularly between the jacking pin and the reversing box to prevent rusting. (3) Keep the correct distance between the push pin limit switch and the sensing end of the push pin, and it is not allowed to loosen the fastener of the switch. (4) If the ejector pin is damaged, replace it immediately.
