1. Align the suspension box. Under the direction of the signal commander, the container reach stacker slows down, adjusts the position of the container to be lifted, adjusts the position of the hanger hinge lock and the container corner pieces, and then places the hanger on the container so that each hinge lock is embedded in the corner of the box (if the opposite position of the two is not correct, it can be achieved by turning and rotating forward and backward); When each sensing pin of the four corners of the hanger contacts the corner hole of the container, a yellow "touch box" signal will be sent out on the control panel. Press the lower lock control key, the hinge lock will rotate, the container will be fully locked, and the green signal will be sent on the control panel. When the spreader expands and rotates, it is not allowed to collide with the container. When the spreader is empty, it should be in the unlocking position. It is forbidden to lift the container with strong wind of level 6 or above.
2. Lifting. During the inching test, the signal commander shall confirm that there is no abnormality (if any abnormality is found, the stop signal shall be sent immediately), and under the signal command, it shall be raised to an appropriate height (without affecting the driver's line of sight), and set the speed selector for the first gear. When the direction change control lever is placed in R position, it will whistle and pull out the car when it does not touch other containers. When walking, spreaders and containers should be kept at a proper height (without affecting the driver's sight), and the box should not be allowed to tilt. When driving on the ramp, the container should be placed at the end of the ramp, and turning under heavy objects is prohibited. Except for stacking containers, it is forbidden to operate the spreader at a higher position. When driving without load, the spreader should be adjusted to 20 feet. It is forbidden to stay in the air for a long time after lifting the container, or the driver shall leave the cab after lifting the container. In the same area, when the container reach stacker is operated at the same time, the safety distance should not be less than 30 meters.
When loading, unloading and handling containers with the container reach stacker, it should be placed stably, slow down and operate the front crane safely and stably to ensure work efficiency.
